These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Is My Favorite Human. By creating a tribute page or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Is My Favorite Human provides temporary tribute webpages. Pages have a fixed lifetime based on your purchase and are not permanent hosting. Each page is accessible at a public subdomain you choose. We set search-engine noindex headers, but anyone with the URL can view the page.

Editing after payment: Tribute content cannot be edited after payment and activation. To change content, you would need to create a new page. Contact us if you experience a technical error during creation before payment completes.

You may not upload illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or copyrighted content without permission. We use automated moderation (Sightengine) and reserve the right to remove content or disable pages that violate these Terms, with or without refund at our discretion for serious violations.

If you believe content on a tribute page infringes your copyright or other rights, send a takedown request to help@ismyfavoritehuman.com with:

• The full URL of the tribute page
• A description of the copyrighted work or rights being infringed
• Your contact information and a statement of good-faith belief
• Evidence of ownership or authorization to act on the owner's behalf

We will review and respond to valid requests promptly, typically within 7 business days. Repeat infringers may have their access restricted.

Pages are activated only after successful payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where required.

Refund policy: Digital services are generally non-refundable once your page is live. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for: (a) technical failures that prevent your page from going live despite successful payment, (b) duplicate charges, or (c) content removed by us due to a moderation error on our part. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to help@ismyfavoritehuman.com. This policy is disclosed at the point of purchase and does not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

In payment disputes, we may suspend the associated tribute page pending resolution.

We may remove tribute pages without refund if they violate these Terms, receive valid abuse or copyright reports, or are required to be removed by law. You may report pages using the “Report this page” link on any live tribute.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for user-uploaded content, loss of data after expiry, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected tribute.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the appropriate consumer forum in your district.
